If you have a brand name computer (Dell, HP, etc), go to the computer mfr's website and download the drivers for your particular machine. Although Windows XP has generic drivers for a lot of things, graphics cards are particularly fussy. When you reinstall Windows, you also need to reinstall all of the drivers that are appropriate for your computer. How can I install the hardware for the graphics card? It's a Chaintech d33058. I believe it's a problem with the graphics card. I had to reinstall Windows XP and now everything is too big.
